- Shipping & Delivery
- Products that are marked same day shipping, will ship that same day if order is made before 1 pm EST. Weekend orders will be shipped on Monday. These same products are available for rush shipping. Those products not marked as same day shipping need about 2 to 3 days to process before your item will ship. Once your item has shipped your delivery date depends on your location and what you ordered. We have warehouses on the east coast and west coast and our shop is located in Utah. Most everything ships out of Utah. If you are on the west coast, most items take about 2-3 days to get to you once the item has been shipped. If you are the east coast give it about 7 days. If you are in Europe or Australia give it about 5 to 7 days. Some products are unavailable for international delivery.
- Privacy & Security
- We can't and won't save any credit card information. The only information our system will save is your address, phone and email for shipping purposes. We will not share or sell your information. Your privacy is very important to us!
- Returns & Replacements
- Don’t do it! (JK) If you need to return an item, please contact us first! We will issue a Return Authorization Code (R.A.N.) To return an item it needs to be unused! Clothing must have all the tags on it and in it’s original packaging and unused. Bikini bottoms can not be returned due to sanitation reasons. Basically if we can’t sell it again, we won’t be able to accept the return. You must return the item 30 days before the date of purchase! If the item is somehow defective, we will need to see pictures of that item. If the item is not defective but you still don’t want it, you will need to pay for the shipping to return the item. Please contact us!!
Once the item has been received we will access it and then refund you according to that assessment. If it is in excellent condition, we will give you a full refund.
- International Returns
- All the rules above apply for international returns.
International returns can be really tough! If you are in Europe you are in luck because we do have an office there in Estonia. If you are in Australia you are in luck also! You will need to pay for the shipment there if you qualify for a return. For everywhere else in the world, you will need to ship it back to our Orem, Utah shop. Please contact us before shipping an item back to us. - Team XTO
